i am behind my payments due to increases in taxes, and now i can’t refinance for the late payments history. i am wonder if is there any program for me , i am a student and self employee.

There is a system that involves what is called setting up a mortgage checking account. It’s basically a home equity line of credit, but it can also be done with a small savings account. This system will utilize your monthly income to offset the mortgage balance and reduce the interest that you owe every month without you having to refinance.
